WIA Profile: Carole

XBIZ just caught up with Carole, the longtime exec at PussyCash/ImLive, to name her WIA’s woman of the month for October.

She’s been busy traveling the European shows, and just prior to that other shows, like Sexhibition in Manchester, England, and Fetish Con in St. Petersburg, Fla.

The only constant in my day is that I have to drink a good strong cup of coffee in the morning before the whirlwind begins.

XBIZ: What’s your role at PussyCash/ImLive?

Carole: Over the past 11-plus years, I have had numerous roles here in the company — from building the customer service department up in the early days, and later recruiting hosts, agents and porn stars to use the platform. Also, I am the PR manager, ImLive.com’s spokesperson — arranging and liaising for all the shows that we sponsor throughout the year and managing all sorts of projects to name just a bit of what I’m doing.

XBIZ: What were you doing before PussyCash/ImLive?

Carole: Wow, a whole lot of stuff. Just before joining the company I built and developed eight English-language schools for a well-known education company. I have also worked for a private detective company and a very large travel company looking after British tourists overseas. And if anyone is familiar with British tourists, it was a rather interesting, colorful and difficult job — but I loved every minute of it.

XBIZ: What’s the best part of the job?

Carole: Having watched this company grow and develop from the little infant it was when I joined to one of the leading companies in the industry today … and know that I was part of that.

XBIZ: What’s new at PussyCash/ImLive?

Carole: PussyCash has a wide variety of products for our affiliates to promote — from the successful webcam brands, like IMLive.com, Sexier.com and Phonemates.com, as well as its three lifestyle webcam niche sites — Shemale.com, FetishGalaxy and Supermen.com.

In addition, we’re offering our affiliates to promote fast-converting webcam site CamsCreative.com and interactive content porn-site iDesires.com.

PussyCash is now offering $250 PPS, 35 percent revshare, $3 PPL, plus more complexed tailor-made business models.

We convert all geo traffic on all devices — web, mobile and tablets.

On WebcamWiz, our webcam white label generator we just launched offers a new campaign that gives revshare affiliates an additional $25 PPS for each unique paying user on top of the 35 percent lifetime revshare business model.

We are also very excited to announce that ImLive.com is about to launch the ability for its models to project their video chat sessions from their own mobile devices. We believe that this ability will give us product advantage over our competitors, and will give our models and members the ability to explore and enjoy a larger selection of live chat shows.

XBIZ: Who inspires you in this industry?

Carole: I think it’s the people I work with. We have a great team here, we support each other, share advice with each other and genuinely like each other, which is a good thing considering the amount of time we spend with each other.

XBIZ: What’s a typical work day like?

Carole: There is nothing typical about the work we do, and that is why I love it. I am at my best when there is full pressure and have way too much work to do. I adore the challenge and the diversity this company throws at me on a daily level. The only constant in my day is that I have to drink a good strong cup of coffee in the morning before the whirlwind begins.

XBIZ: When not thinking about the biz, what do you like to do?

Carole: Interesting question as I don’t think I have not thought about the biz since I started. But like anyone else, I love spending time with friends and family, going to the beach, have a love/hate relationship with the sun but love the water. I like sitting in a street café watching the world go by, and love being at home. It doesn’t happen very often in our industry, but when it does it’s great.
